I was watching the interview of Sourav Ganguly on Star News on Sunday afternoon. It lasted for 1 hour.

He was very honest in his answer and did not mix words. When asked who was behing his ouster, he was indirect but was quite obviously pointing out to Kiran More.

When asked how he felt to be the Salman Khan of Cricket, he looked quite puzzled. That is when the interviewer clarified that both of them required on second ivnitation to take of their shirts. Instance being Lords and Nagpur. Ganguly laughed heartily at this and was quick to comment that he didnt have the body like Salma Khan to do it more often.

There were many other questions with him responding without any inhibitions stating that he wouldnt need to be diplomatic about it now that he is not involved with cricket. Case being questions regarding Greg Chappell and the selectors.

He was quick to answer questions about his relations with Shah Rukh Khan and his IPL involvement, Kareena Kapoor and Big B being his favorite actors (though he didnt like Kareena in his size zero figure), about Sachin dropping in at his home to savour Macher Jhol prepared by his mother, teaching Bengali to Sachin etc etc.

It was a nice interview with Dada at his cheerful best.
